PCHS would not exist without the donation of time and talents from our passionate volunteers. Volunteers are integral to our mission of preserving and presenting the history of Portage County to the community. Our current volunteer opportunities are presented below.

• Children's Activity Monitor - Support our annual One-Room Schoolhouse Experience fieldtrips between April 14 and May 16. Assist our activity leaders with Portage County 3rd and 4th grade students as they explore life in the 1910's at our Heritage Park location in Plover. No special skills required - only a heart for children. Each commitment is 3 hours, and you may choose from morning & afternoon shifts.

We are now using the POINT volunteer management program to more effectively share and manage our volunteer opportunities. It is very easy to use.
